ANNA viechtl – harPIST
Anna Viechtl is a classically trained harpist. She is fascinated by classical music, by the beauty of sound, the precision and the great range of subtlety when performing. In contemporary music, improvisation, and performance, she explores the sound range of the harp. She overcomes clichés and genre boundaries, musical norms and musical approaches.
Anna plays with renowned orchestras and ensembles and is a member of Zafraan Berlin as well as of the Andromeda Mega Express Orchestra. She has a teaching assignment at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler, Berlin.

Trained as a classical harpist, Anna Viechtl regularly performs with internationally renowned orchestras, festivals and chamber music ensembles. Along with classical music, Anna Viechtl discovered her passion for jazz, improvisation, and new music, as well as for pop and electro music productions at an early age.
